You surely are worried about nothing. Thousands of calls over stats barred debts are made every month. They come out on monthly lists and are given to collection agencies to work the phones to make last but brief kicks . . . .

Well, again that's what I mean; they have to know a valid address in order to enforce a lien for example - without an address, etc they can't place a lien at all. As such, if a lien was in place - why would MJR continue. . . .

What I find hard to believe is that the bank would still hold this small debt. They normally would have sold it off years ago. Cost more to keep track of this file then it is worth.
